The Temple :

The temple's was built by the Kings of Garhwal about two centuries ago.The temple has three sections - Garbhagriha (Sanctum), The Darshan Mandap, and Sabha Mandap. The Garbhagriha (Sanctum) houses Lord Badri Narayan, Kuber (God of wealth), Narad Rishi, Uthavar, Nar & Narayan. Lord Badri Narayan (also called as Badri Vishal) is armed with Shankh (Conch) and Chakra in two arms in a lifted posture and two arms rested on the lap in Yogamudra.The principal image is of black stone and it represents Vishnu seated in meditative pose. The temple also houses Garuda (Vahana - vehicle of Lord Narayan) and Goddess Mahalaxmi. Also here are the idols of Adi Shankar, Swami Desikan and Shri Ramanujan Guru-Shisya parampara is supposed to have its roots here.The principal image is of black stone and it represents Vishnu seated in meditative pose.    Day 02: Agara (Sightseeing)
The Taj Mahal - An Emperor's Lament, Agra Fort - Architectural wonder in stone, Sikandra, Itmad-ul-Daulah's Tomb, Ram Bagh, Soami Bagh / Dayal Bagh, Chini Ka Rauza, Halt at Agra
   Day 03: Agara-Mathura-Vrundavan-Gokul-Jatipura
Starting from Agara, Then Visiting the Radharani's Vrundavan, Shree Krishna's Gokul, Jaitpura and Return to Agara for Halt
   Day 04: Delhi (Sightseeing)
Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Jantar Mantar, Rajghat, Feroz Shah Kotla Fort, Rashtrapati Bhawan, India Gate, Humayun's Tomb, Qutb Minar, Lotus Temple.
   Day 05: Haridwar (Sightseeing)
Har-ki-Pauri, Bara Bazaar, Mansa Devi Temple , Chandi Ghat Temple , Gorkhnath Temple , Saptrishi Ashram , Bharat Mata Temple , Pawan Dham temple , Maya Devi Temple, Gaurishankar Mahadev Temple , HALT at Haridwar
   Day 06:Haridwar - Rishikesh - Barkot
Starting from Haridwar towards Yamnotri we will travel 220 km i. e. 8 hrs day journey via Rishikesh to Barkot.

   Day 07: Barkot - Yamnotri - Barkot
Starting in morning towards Yamnotri and return to Barkot. it is 36 km Track

   Day 08: Barkot - Naitala - Vishwnath Temple
on 8th Day we start towards Naital "Vishwanath Temple".
106 km. journy i. e. 4Hrs.

   Day 09: Naitla - Gangotri - Naitala
106 Km Journey with all sightseeing takes whole day and ruturn to Naitala for Halt.
   Day 10-12: Naitala - Sitapur- Kedarnath - Sitapur
On 10th Day we will start for 8Hrs journey to Sitapur. Sitapur is 230km from naitala. Halt at Sitapur.
on 11th and 12th Day Journey ahead towards "Kedarnath" 3. km by road and 14 km by walking Track and return to Sitapur same route.
   Day 13-14: Sitapur - Badrinath - Haridwar
On 13th day we will reach to Badrinath by road travelling 158 Km from Sitapur. After taking holy Darshan of Lord Vishnu we halt at Badrinath and Next Day we start our return journy towards Haridwar 330 km by road
   Day 15: Haridwar - Delhi - Nagpur - Akola

After reaching to Haridwar we start our journey toward our Home...

Best Time To Visit :

Ideal time for visiting the shrine will be between May to November. One should,carry Sweaters, woolen clothing, Umbrella and required medicines during the trip. Minimum luggage should be preferred. Non-vegetarian food and alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited in this place.
